The course clarifies a pretty confusing subject in details. It definitely helped to get a much better understanding of it.

I learn so much from this. The first time this was explain on a group mentoring call I wasn't as attentive to this and now that I have a young athlete who's potentially competitive at the lowest level at the time, I'm a bit more attentive because I'm going to have to learn this to stay ahead of the coaching role to see the bigger picture and view things from a macro perspective. I provides a framework to understand what to look for in young athletes from a developmental point of view. I appreciate your years of experiences from an international point of view. It seem more of an art than a science. A numbers game with different levers to manipulate tactically and developmentally looking at things from 2,4,6, and 8 year perspective.
