Multisport/Triathlon Coach
Over the past 23 years Justin has coached International elite athletes in New Zealand as well as elite athletes in the USA including: Brittany Warly, Greg Billington, Erin Storie, Jacob Burgener, and Sarah True (Triathlon) as well as Jessica Davis and Brendan Anderson (Pentathlon)
A graduate from University of Otago in New Zealand, where he studied Exercise Sports Science as well as Marketing, Justin has a long history in both the theoretical and practical sides of athlete development. While also having been a qualified coach in swimming, cycling, and running as individual disciplines in multiple countries.
Justin is a USA Triathlon Level 3 coach and a lead coach educator for USA Triathlon and a regular presenter at national conferences on training for endurance athletes and coaches. In addition to his wide Triathlon knowledge, Justin is also widely regarded as an industry leader in the areas of training plan design, youth, and junior development, as well as video analysis and its practical application within Triathlon.
As a recipient of a Prime Ministers scholarship in 2005, Justin also studied coaching education programs and systems throughout the world, and currently heads up and delivers the largest Triathlon coach mentorship program in the USA.
